One of the things that I have learned from my abuse is that abuse makes your forget who you are as an individual. You have to throw away everything that your abuser said you were. Rely on Christ to help you figure out who you are! Your past doesn’t define you! Think of it as a refining period that The Most High used to make you BETTER, STRONGER, and WISER. You never know who your STORY will help. Sometimes running doesn’t mean your weak sometimes you have to leave a toxic situation to see the true manifestation of God’s Divine Healing come into play.
