I will open up about my life and the daily struggles I go through as I walk on my healing path to recovery from this toxic abuse. Listening to it now. 3 years is a long time to go without talking to your family but you have to do what’s best for you even if it means cutting out your immediate family. Toxic people can make life miserable. Seems like you had a very rough childhood because your mom was a narcissist. Glad you got away and are able to tell your story
